On stage alone, you are the actor, director and author of your own world. In this hands-on workshop you’ll go through the whole process of creating a solo performance, from the first spark of an idea to a piece ready for an audience.

You’ll learn how to find material that is truly yours, shape it into dramaturgy that holds attention, and build presence that carries the stage without a scene partner. We’ll cover structure, voice, body and space, characters and shifts of perspective, props, sound, minimal stage design, and practical production.

For actors, theatre students, directors and writers who want to make their own work. No solo experience required.

Led by Peadar de Burca, Irish actor, playwright, director and comedian from Galway.

📅 8.11.2026, 12:00-14:30
